  1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements We accommodate return requests only for products that are damaged. Please note that we do not accept cancellations due to changes of mind.

  4. Cancellation After Dispatch In cases of cancellations after dispatch, shipping and handling charges (which may account for 20-70% of the total order value) are non-refundable.
