- Eligibility for Returns and Replacements We accommodate return requests only for products that are damaged. Please note that we do not accept cancellations due to changes of mind.
- Replacement Process Upon receiving genuine proof of the damaged product (product photo), we will dispatch a new product from our end within our specified timeline.
- Cancellation Before Dispatch For orders canceled before dispatch, a 100% refund will be provided. You will receive your refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Cancellation After Dispatch In cases of cancellations after dispatch, shipping and handling charges (which may account for 20-70% of the total order value) are non-refundable. The refund for such cancellations will be processed once the product is returned to us and verified to be in good condition.
- Timeframe for Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the product’s condition is verified. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the refund is initiated.
