1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

We accommodate return requests only for products that are damaged. Please note that we do not accept cancellations due to changes of mind.

2. Replacement Process

Upon receiving genuine proof of the damaged product (product photo), we will dispatch a new product from our end within our specified timeline.

3. Cancellation Before Dispatch

For orders canceled before dispatch, a 100% refund will be provided. You will receive your refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Cancellation After Dispatch

In cases of cancellations after dispatch, shipping and handling charges (which may account for 20-70% of the total order value) are non-refundable. The refund for such cancellations will be processed once the product is returned to us and verified to be in good condition.

5. Timeframe for Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the product’s condition is verified. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the refund is initiated.

6. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payment information. All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted channels to protect your sensitive data.

7. Custom Orders

For custom orders, no returns or replacements are accepted unless the item is damaged. In the case of a damaged custom order, we will accept replacements only.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping costs are primarily determined by the weight of the package and the destination state and country. In most cases, shipping costs are included in the product prices. However, if shipping costs are not included, they will be calculated at the order placement page for your convenience.

We strive to deliver orders promptly, typically within 5 to 7 business days from the date of receiving payment. However, please note that shipping times can vary depending on several factors, including the destination area and other unforeseen circumstances. While we aim for delivery within this timeframe, it may sometimes extend to 7-21 business days due to external variables. Please note that transit time does not include the day an order is placed, holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

3. Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by their state/country’s customs office. We cannot predict or control these charges, and they remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs authorities for information on potential fees.

4. Tracking Information

Upon shipment of your order, we will provide a tracking number via email and notification, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can conveniently track your order through the shipping carrier’s official website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Delivery Guarantee

While we are committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your packages, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee regarding delivery dates. Shipping times are estimated and can be influenced by external factors such as adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.

7. International Customers

We ship all international orders through DHL, FedEx, DPD UK, and India Post.

8. Shipping Errors

In the event of a shipping address error or if a package is returned to us due to an error on your part, we will gladly reship the package to the corrected address at your expense. However, for international orders, customers will have to pay the resend shipping charges. We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping information to prevent such issues.
