1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

We accommodate return requests only for products that are damaged. Please note that we do not accept cancellations due to changes of mind.

2. Replacement Process

Upon receiving genuine proof of the damaged product (product photo), we will dispatch a new product from our end within our specified timeline.

3. Cancellation Before Dispatch

For orders canceled before dispatch, a 100% refund will be provided. You will receive your refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Cancellation After Dispatch

In cases of cancellations after dispatch, shipping and handling charges (which may account for 20-70% of the total order value) are non-refundable. The refund for such cancellations will be processed once the product is returned to us and verified to be in good condition.

5. Timeframe for Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the product’s condition is verified. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the refund is initiated.

6. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payment information. All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted channels to protect your sensitive data.

7. Custom Orders

For custom orders, no returns or replacements are accepted unless the item is damaged. In the case of a damaged custom order, we will accept replacements only.
